1) Join a video/audio/phone call from a desktop app or Chrome browser.
2) In Amotions dashboard, open Real-time AI and click Connect.
3) Share the full screen (with audio sharing enabled in the bottom-right) OR share the specific Chrome tab where the call is running (with audio enabled).

3) Share the tab where the call is happening and make sure audio sharing is enabled.
When clicking the Zoom link, choose Join from your browser instead of launching the app.
To enable this option in Zoom settings:
• Sign in to Zoom web portal
• Go to Settings → Meeting
• Under In Meeting (Advanced), enable Show a "Join from your browser" link
• If grayed out, this is locked at group/account level — contact your Zoom admin

Yes. You can analyze recorded calls and get suggestions with Amotions AI.
Windows: Click Connect on Real-time AI page, share full screen with audio, then play the recording.
MacBook: Upload recording to Google Drive or YouTube, click Connect, share that tab with audio, and play the file.
Go to Transcripts in the left navigation on amotionsinc.com/home to view transcripts and suggestions for each call.
Not yet. Real-time AI is currently computer-only.
