Real-time conversation intelligence
How Amotions understands a conversation.
Amotions reads a live conversation as six layers at once — what was said, how it was said, the emotion emerging, what has happened before, and what your organization knows — then decides on one next best action for the person in the conversation, privately, while it can still change the outcome.
Six layers, one decision.
01 · Speech
What was said?
Speech recognition turns both sides of the conversation into a live transcript, with speaker turns and timing, as it happens.
02 · Prosody
How was it said?
Pace, pauses, emphasis, and hesitation. The same words carry a different meaning when they are said slowly after a pause than when they are said fast and flat.
03 · Emotion
What emotional state is emerging?
Words and delivery are read together to name the emotional state — hesitant, guarded, curious — framed by the MSCEIT model of emotional intelligence. It is shown as a word, not a spurious percentage.
04 · Context
What has happened previously?
Conversation dynamics — who is asking, how the pace is changing — and prior context from earlier in the call and earlier conversations, so each moment is read in the light of the ones before it.
05 · Organizational knowledge
What does this company know about this situation?
Your playbooks, approved objections and rebuttals, product knowledge, and talk tracks. Amotions calibrates to that language — typically in about a week — so guidance sounds like your best people, not a generic script.
06 · Decision
What should the human do next?
Everything above is weighed into one next best action: a question to ask, an objection response, or a technical answer — short enough to read without breaking eye contact, shown only to the person in the conversation.
See the layers interact on the six-signals demo: switch any one off and watch the recommendation fall back to what the remaining layers can support.
End to end
From a sentence to a better next conversation.
Understanding is only useful if it becomes an action — and the action is only the start.

Why now
Conversations are becoming an intelligent interface.
Speech recognition and language models can now follow a conversation as it happens. That changes where the value of understanding a conversation sits: not in the review afterward, but in the moment itself.

Honest about the stack
What we build, and what we build on.
Amotions is built on speech-recognition and large language models, including third-party foundation models. What Amotions builds is the layer around them: reading the six signals together, grounding every read in the customer’s own playbook and history, deciding on one action in real time, and learning from the outcome. Customer conversations are never used to train third-party foundation models.
Data handling and security: Trust Center.
Boundaries
What Amotions is not.
Not a meeting recorder
Recorders capture what happened for review later. Amotions helps while the conversation can still change. Native call recording is planned and coming soon. Not a bot on the call
Nothing joins the meeting. Guidance appears only on the user’s screen. Not an agent that talks to customers
Amotions coaches the human. It does not speak to buyers or replace the person in the conversation. Not a phone system
It runs beside the dialer or contact-center platform you already use, not in place of it.
Questions
How it works, answered.
What does Amotions analyze in a conversation?
Six signals: words, tone, emotion, conversation dynamics, your company playbook, and prior context. They are read together, so the recommendation reflects what is actually happening rather than keywords in the transcript.
Does Amotions use its own AI models?
Amotions is built on speech-recognition and large language models, including third-party foundation models. What Amotions builds is the layer around them: reading the six signals together, grounding every read in the customer’s own playbook and history, deciding on one action in real time, and learning from the outcome. Customer conversations are never used to train third-party foundation models.
How is this different from conversation intelligence that analyzes recordings?
Recording-based conversation intelligence captures what happened so a manager can review it later. Amotions applies the same kind of understanding while the conversation is live and turns it into one action for the person having it — then uses the outcome to improve the next conversation.
How does Amotions use a company’s playbook?
Customers upload playbooks, approved objections and rebuttals, product knowledge, and talk tracks. Amotions calibrates to that language — typically in about a week — so roleplay scores and live prompts reflect the firm’s process rather than a generic script library.
