AI sales coaching by industry

Real-time guidance for the high-stakes conversations your business runs on

Amotions AI helps sales, admissions, intake, service, and other customer-facing teams perform more consistently on live calls and meetings. Each rep gets private, real-time guidance from your own playbook, AI roleplay to practice before the call, and a scorecard after it. It never joins the call as a bot.

Industries

Find your team

Amotions is built for seven kinds of customer-facing teams. Pick yours to see the conversations, objections, and playbook examples specific to it.

Private by design

Read the Trust Center
  • Never joins as a bot

No extra attendee, no recording notice from a meeting bot. The coach runs beside the call, not in it.

  • Private to the rep

Prompts appear on the seller’s own screen. The prospect, client, or family never sees them.

  • Your conversations stay yours

Customer conversations are never used to train third-party foundation models.

  • Works where you already talk

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, phone on speaker, and dialers, through the desktop app or a browser tab.

Fit

Why Amotions fits these teams

Amotions fits teams where conversations decide the outcome and managers cannot coach every one of them live. These four traits are the clearest signal.

  • One team or an entire customer-facing organization

Sales reps, admissions advisors, intake specialists, setters, or coordinators, from a single team to large organizations where managers cannot sit in on every call. Start with one team, then roll out by team, region, or business unit.

  • A high volume of live calls or meetings

Phone, Zoom, Teams, or Meet, where the outcome is decided in the conversation itself.

  • A playbook worth following

Talk tracks, qualifying questions, approved answers, and a process your best people already use.

  • A number you already track

Bookings, consultations, enrollments, conversions, renewals, or quality scores, so a pilot has a baseline.

Conversations

Built for conversations that drive revenue and outcomes

The same loop works across industries because the hard moments are similar: a hesitant customer, a price question, a second decision-maker, and a next step that has to be earned.

  • Inbound lead calls
  • Appointment setting
  • Consultations and treatment plans
  • Family and admissions calls
  • Legal intake
  • Discovery calls
  • Estimates and quotes
  • Renewals and QBRs
  • Objection handling
  • Closing and next steps
  • During the conversation

Real-time guidance on calls and meetings

A private overlay listens and surfaces one next question, response, or next step at a time, drawn from your playbook. The customer never sees it, and no bot joins the call.

    How real-time guidance works →
  • Before the conversation

    AI roleplay for practice

Rehearse the calls your team loses most often against AI customers built from your own objections and scenarios, then get scored on your criteria.

    AI roleplay →
  • After the conversation

    Post-call feedback and coaching insights

Every conversation is scored against your process, with the one moment worth practicing next. Managers see where the team drifts without listening to every call.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before a demo

Short answers on which industries Amotions serves, how it fits your process, and what a pilot involves.

Which industries use Amotions AI?

Amotions is used by customer-facing teams whose results depend on live conversations: home services, senior living and admissions, dental and elective healthcare, legal intake, agencies and call centers, insurance, mortgage and other financial services, and security and field services. Published customer stories today come from hearing care, commercial real estate, and B2B sales; other industry pages use illustrative examples.

Does Amotions replace sales reps or agents?

No. Amotions coaches the people on your team. It never speaks to customers, never joins the call as a bot, and makes no decisions on anyone’s behalf. It shows a private prompt to the rep, runs practice roleplay, and scores conversations afterward so managers know where to coach.

Can Amotions support phone and video conversations?

Yes. Amotions runs as a private desktop or web overlay beside Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, phone calls on speaker or computer audio, and dialers. Zoom also has a native sidebar app. In-person consults work with a Mac or Windows computer in the room; there is no mobile or tablet app yet. Recordings can be uploaded for scoring after the fact.

How does Amotions work with our existing sales process?

It follows the process you already run. Your stages, qualifying questions, approved answers, and scoring rubric become the guidance reps see live, the scenarios they practice, and the criteria their calls are scored on. It sits beside your phone system and CRM rather than replacing them; Salesforce is the native CRM sync.

Can we configure guidance around our own talk tracks and playbooks?

Yes. Teams upload scripts, objection responses, product knowledge, and methodology such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or their own framework, and calibration typically takes about a week. Playbook-trained custom agents are on every paid plan, from Starter up; you can start free on Basic to try live coaching on your own playbook first.

What does a pilot look like?

A focused pilot covers one team, one conversation type, and a few metrics you already track. Amotions is configured around your existing playbook, you set a baseline, and you then review adoption, conversation quality, and business outcomes before deciding whether to expand. You can apply at /start-pilot.

Does Amotions AI work for large companies with thousands of customer-facing people?

Yes. Large organizations usually start with a pilot group, then roll out by team, region, or business unit. The Enterprise plan is built for larger rollouts, with manager dashboards, advanced admin controls, multi-call insights, and integrations with custom AI agents. Rollout planning starts at /ai-sales-coaching-for-enterprise, and security reviews start from the Trust Center at /security.
