  • Take an emotional intelligence assessment with a personalized feedback session to see what are your strengths and what areas you would like to grow, and get recommendations on actions to take.
  •  Take a look at the profiles of the coaches and experts on Amotions, pick 1 to 3 of them with whom you would like an introductory session, and email support@amotionsinc.com to ask for introductions. We have other coaches that are not listed on the website, so you can also schedule a time with us to share more about your needs and we will help you find the right matches. 
  • After you decide on a coach and the number of sessions, Amotions will collect payments from you or your employer on behalf of the coach.
