How do I train Amotions AI on my playbook and call steps?
Upload your playbooks, objections, product knowledge and talk tracks, then have an admin set your call steps and reminders in Organization settings. Amotions AI calibrates to your language, typically in about one week, tracks which steps each call has covered, and reminds you about items that have not come up.

How do I make Amotions AI follow my sales call structure?
An admin sets the structure in Organization settings under “Playbooks”: playbooks, steps, substeps and a step completion rule. On the call, the Playbook panel marks a step complete when there is clear evidence and moves to the next pending step.

Can Amotions AI remind me if I forget a step?
Yes. Admins add Reminders with a check delay in seconds, the playbook item to watch for, and a coach message. The reminder appears after the delay only if that item has not come up in the call.
