How does Amotions AI handle my call data?
Your call transcripts, audio uploads and chat sessions stay private to your organization and are never used to train third-party foundation AI models. Data is separated by customer workspace and encrypted in transit and in storage. Amotions does not hold a SOC 2 report or ISO certificate today, and signs a BAA for healthcare on request.
