How do Amotions AI live suggestions work?

Amotions AI listens to both sides of the call and, after a short pause in speech, suggests what to say or ask next using your playbook. You choose how many suggestions appear per minute, from 1 to 12, and whether the panel shows only the latest suggestion or every suggestion from the call.

What it listens for

What does Amotions AI listen for during a call?

Amotions AI reads the words, tone, emotion and conversation dynamics of the live call together with your company playbook and prior context. From those it suggests next-best questions, objection guidance, technical answers and buying-signal alerts, then produces post-call feedback and scorecards.

When a suggestion appears

When does Amotions AI show a new suggestion?

A new live suggestion is generated after a short pause in speech, about 1.5 seconds, from either the seller or the buyer. Suggestions can therefore change while you are still mid-sentence if the buyer speaks again.

Can I keep earlier suggestions on screen?

Yes. Compact view, the default, shows only the latest suggestion. Expanded view keeps every suggestion from the call in a list, newest first. There is no option to pin one suggestion or set a minimum time on screen.
