How do I set up my script and run my first coached call in 10 minutes?

Create a free account, upload one script or paste it in, and install the desktop app or open the browser version. Then start your call. Amotions listens and suggests what to say next in a private overlay. With one document ready, setup usually takes about 10 minutes, depending on your download speed.

How it works

What are the steps?

There are three steps: load one document, open Amotions on the computer you take calls on, and take a real call. You do not need your full library, a CRM connection or anyone’s approval to start. You can add more material after you have seen it work.

  1. 1Load one script (about 3 minutes)

    Sign up, then upload one script, talk track or playbook as a PDF, Word, PowerPoint or text file. One good document beats ten. If you run a team, add it in Organization settings so everyone gets it.

  2. 2Open Amotions on your computer (about 5 minutes)

    Install the desktop app for Mac or Windows, and allow microphone and screen audio access when asked. Or skip the install and use the web app in Google Chrome. Live coaching runs on a computer, not a phone.

  3. 3Take a real call (about 2 minutes to start)

    On Zoom, Teams and Meet the app starts listening by itself. For phone, dialer and in-person calls, click Start. Suggestions appear in a private overlay. Rate them as you go, and review your scored report afterwards.

What should I expect on the first call?

Expect a short prompt when the buyer pushes back or asks something, not a stream of text. Here is an illustrative first call. The buyer asks a question your uploaded document answers, and the overlay shows your answer while they are still talking.

Which way should I start?

The desktop app covers the most kinds of call. The browser version needs no install. If you do not have a call today, a practice roleplay or an uploaded recording shows you the product first, and a recording tool is the better choice if you only want notes.

Can I really set this up in 10 minutes?

Usually, if you have one document ready and a working microphone. The longest part is often the desktop download, and it can take a moment for your document to finish processing. The web app in Google Chrome skips the install.

What should I upload first?

Your best single document: the script, talk track or playbook you already use on calls. Objection answers and pricing wording are especially useful. You can add more later.

What if I don’t have a script?

Skip the upload and run a call anyway, or write down your call steps and your answers to the objections you hear most. Suggestions are less specific without your material, but you will still see how it works.

Do I need to tell the other person?

Amotions does not join the call as a bot, and the other person does not see the overlay. Recording and consent rules depend on where you and they are, so check what you must tell people before you record or transcribe.

Why am I not seeing suggestions?

Check that the coach can hear both sides of the call and that the buyer has said something that needs a response. On phone calls, use computer or speaker audio. The troubleshooting steps are in the help center.

How much does this cost?
