How the workflow works

Teams stays your meeting stack. Amotions runs beside it through documented computer workflows—practice first, coach privately during the conversation where supported, then review afterward.

  1. Prepare using roleplay

Rehearse discovery, objections, and next-step conversations with AI roleplay before the Teams meeting—using scenarios aligned to your approved talk tracks where personalization is enabled.

  2. Run the supported Teams workflow

Join the Teams meeting as usual. Open the Amotions Desktop App or Web Real-time AI and complete the OS-specific audio share steps so Amotions can listen privately on the seller’s computer.

  3. Receive glanceable private prompts during the conversation where supported

When the workflow is connected, private prompts can surface on the seller’s Amotions UI. Other meeting participants do not see the coaching panel, and Amotions does not join as a visible participant.

  4. Review scorecards and coach the next conversation

After the meeting, review coaching feedback and scores in Amotions, then assign the next roleplay drill where skill gaps show up.

What reps can be coached on

Coaching topics follow your playbook and conversation moments—not a generic teleprompter. Reps stay in control of what they say.

Discovery questions

Private cues to deepen needs, decision process, and priority before pitching.

Objection handling

Support diagnosing price, timing, incumbent, and stakeholder pushback while the conversation is still open.

Listening and pacing cues

Reminders to slow down, acknowledge, and avoid filling silence with early discounts.

Technical/product questions

Help reps stay honest, clarify the question, and route to the right specialist when needed.

Next-step discipline

Nudge for concrete follow-ups, agendas, and multi-stakeholder next meetings.

Emotional and behavioral cues

Glanceable cues tied to buyer state—frustration, hesitation, skepticism—without flooding cognitive load.

Implementation checklist for sales leaders and IT

Start with a defined pilot. Confirm policy and device fit before a broad rollout.

  1. Define pilot team and use case

Pick one team or meeting type (for example AE demos or CSM QBRs) so feedback stays comparable.

  2. Confirm approved data and conversation policies

Align enablement, legal, and IT on consent, recording, retention, and who can view coaching artifacts.

  3. Validate device/workflow compatibility

Test Windows screen+audio share and Mac Chrome tab+audio share on real laptops before expanding seats.

  4. Load approved playbooks

Where personalization is in plan scope, load scripts, product notes, and objection libraries your team already approves.

  5. Train cohort and run roleplay

Require practice on the highest-frequency objections before turning on live overlay coaching for the pilot group.

  6. Measure one pilot metric

Choose one quality metric—such as next-step clarity or objection recovery notes—and review weekly. Do not treat Amotions as a guaranteed close-rate system.

Security and responsible use

Amotions AI is a coaching and guidance layer. Marketing pages are not legal, compliance, or security certifications.

Teams should align usage with company policy, consent requirements, customer commitments, and applicable regulations before rollout.

Frequently asked questions

Answers for sales leaders and IT evaluating Amotions on this platform.

Does Amotions AI join a Teams meeting as a participant?

No. Amotions AI does not join Microsoft Teams meetings as a visible participant or meeting bot. Coaching runs beside Teams through Desktop App or Web Real-time AI workflows on the seller’s computer.

What does a rep see during a meeting?

When the supported workflow is connected, the rep can see private coaching prompts in the Amotions UI—designed to stay glanceable during the conversation. Exact UI placement depends on Desktop App vs Web Real-time AI.

Is guidance visible to the customer?

No. Guidance is private to the seller using Amotions. Other Teams participants do not see the coaching panel.

Does this require a native Teams integration?

No. There is no native Teams Marketplace app today. Compatibility is overlay: Desktop App and/or Web Real-time AI with OS-specific audio share.

Can we use our own sales playbooks?

Yes, on plans that include personalization. Professional adds personalization and custom AI agents trained on your playbooks. Basic and Starter list personalization as none.

Can we start with a small pilot?

Yes. Define one team and meeting type, validate Windows/Mac audio-share setup, run roleplay, then enable live overlay for that cohort before expanding.

How is conversation data handled?

Organizations should define acceptable use—what is stored, who can view coaching artifacts, and how playbooks are administered—aligned to company policy and the Amotions Privacy Policy. Contact sales for enterprise evaluation questions.

What should IT validate before rollout?

Validate laptop OS paths (Windows screen+audio share; Mac Chrome Teams tab+audio), browser recommendations, consent/recording policy, admin access to coaching artifacts, and whether Desktop App or Web Real-time AI fits your standard image.
