Yes. Amotions AI installs from the Zoom Apps marketplace or Zoom desktop Apps panel, appears as a private sidebar during meetings, and can auto-start with Zoom after one-time setup. Guidance is visible only to the seller—not to other participants.
Install the Amotions AI Zoom app, complete auto-start settings, join a desktop Zoom meeting, and use private live prompts plus step tracking during the call. Afterward, review transcripts and coaching feedback in Amotions. Browser Zoom users should use Web Real-time AI with tab audio share instead.
Mobile Zoom is not supported. If your organization blocks Zoom Marketplace installs, use the Web App (no standalone install) or wait for Zoom App approval—both paths are documented in the Amotions FAQ.
Follow the Zoom app path for desktop meetings, or switch to browser Real-time AI when you join Zoom in Chrome.

Amotions AI coaches live conversations with a private overlay—it does not join Zoom as a bot. Enterprise buyers can review how conversation data is processed, isolated, and kept out of foundational-model training.
Customer call transcripts, audio uploads, and chat sessions are strictly private to your organization. They are never used to train third-party foundational AI models. Playbook personalization applies your process at coaching time—it is not a claim that foundation-model weights are retrained on your conversations.
Healthcare and dental teams can discuss HIPAA-oriented configurations for consultation audio analysis—including PHI handling, access controls, and BAA requirements. Amotions does not publish a public HIPAA attestation on this site. Do not upload patient recordings through public marketing flows; start a verified deployment review first.
Coaching workloads run in isolated Google Cloud environments, including Cloud Run, with encrypted data transmission and encrypted storage. Organization playbooks, transcripts, and uploads stay separated by customer workspace. Ask security for current technical controls during enterprise evaluation.
