For anyone tired of suggestions that miss the point
Is there an AI that follows the whole conversation, not just the last thing said?
Yes. Amotions AI listens to the call and tells you what to say next, using the whole call so far. Each suggestion answers what the buyer just said, in light of a running summary of the call, the recent lines word for word, and your playbook, so it avoids re-asking what they already told you.

How it works
How does the coach keep track of a long call?
Every suggestion starts from the call so far, not one line. Recent lines stay word for word and older ones fold into a running summary. The coach is told not to ask about or re-explain anything already covered, and not to repeat its earlier suggestions.
1It listens to both sides
Amotions transcribes the rep and the buyer as the call happens. It never joins as a bot. On Zoom, Teams and Meet the desktop app starts listening by itself, and on phone calls you click Start.
2It keeps a running record of the call
The newest lines stay word for word. As the call gets longer, older lines fold into a running summary that is updated during the call, so a detail from minute five can still shape a suggestion at minute forty.
3It answers the latest moment with all of that in mind
When the buyer says something that needs a response, the suggestion draws on the call so far, your playbook and your uploaded documents. It skips what is already covered and avoids repeating what it just told you.
- RepSo what would need to happen for you to move ahead this quarter?
- BuyerHonestly, it comes back to what I said about the team.
Say this next
Pick up the training time they raised earlier. Ask how many hours the team could give in the first month.

Example
What does following the whole conversation look like?
Here is an illustrative call. Early on, the buyer mentions their team is short on time. Half an hour later they say it comes back to what they said about the team. A tool reading only that line has nothing to work with. The whole call shows what they mean.
- Buyer (minute 6):The team is stretched. Anything new has to be quick to learn.
- Rep (minute 33):So what would need to happen for you to move ahead this quarter?
- Buyer (minute 34):Honestly, it comes back to what I said about the team.
Say this next
Name the training time they raised earlier, then ask how many hours the team could give in the first month.

What the rep said next
“You said the team is stretched and anything new has to be quick to learn. How many hours could they realistically give it in the first month?”

How is this different from other kinds of call tools?
Post-call tools see the whole conversation too, but only after it ends. Roleplay tools follow a practice conversation, not your real buyer. Amotions uses the call so far while the buyer is still on it. For a searchable library of every call, conversation intelligence platforms are stronger.
| Question | Amotions AI | Post-call analytics tools | Roleplay-only tools |
|---|---|---|---|
| When it uses the whole call | During the call, for each suggestion, then again in the report afterwards. | After the call, with the full transcript. | During practice, with the practice conversation only. |
| Something the buyer said half an hour ago | Stays in view through the running summary, though a summary can lose small details. | Word for word in the transcript, once the call is over. | Not applicable: no real buyer. |
| Avoiding questions already answered | Told not to re-ask or re-explain what is already covered. | Points out a repeated question afterwards. | Builds the listening habit in practice. |
| Searchable library of all calls | Per-call reports and transcripts; not a full call library. | Stronger: searchable recordings across calls. | Not applicable: no real calls. |

FAQ
Questions people ask
Short, direct answers on how it works, what it needs from you, privacy, and pricing.
Is there an AI that listens to my sales call and tells me what to say next?
Yes. Amotions AI listens to the call and shows one short suggestion in a private overlay that only you can see. It works on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, and on phone calls and in-person meetings your computer can hear.
Does it remember everything said on the call?
It keeps the recent lines word for word and folds older ones into a running summary that updates during the call. That keeps the main facts, concerns and commitments in view. A summary can lose small details, so check anything exact, such as a number, against your own notes.
Does it only react to the last sentence?
No. Each suggestion responds to what the buyer just said, but it is written with the call so far in view, including what you said in reply. Deciding whether a moment needs a response looks mainly at the last few lines, so it stays quick.
Will it ask questions the buyer already answered?
It is told not to suggest asking about, or re-explaining, anything already covered in the call. It also sees its own earlier suggestions and is told not to repeat them. It can still miss now and then, so treat suggestions as prompts and use your judgment.
What about my script and playbook?
Add your script, playbook and talk tracks, and suggestions use them alongside the conversation. When your documents give the answer, it uses your wording, and it tracks which playbook steps are still open. Without them it still follows the call, but the suggestions are less specific to how you sell.
How long a call can it follow?
The running summary is built for long calls: as a call goes on, older lines keep folding into it. The summary updates in the background, so something said a moment ago sits in the recent lines rather than the summary. Your plan’s live-coaching allowance applies.
How much does it cost?
Basic is free and includes every Professional feature except custom AI agents, with limited usage, so you can test it on a real call. Starter is $49/seat/month billed annually ($59 billed monthly). Every plan is listed on the Amotions pricing page.
