Does Amotions AI use my own script and knowledge guide on live calls?
Yes, on every plan, including the free Basic plan. Your playbook sets the steps of the call, which the live panel ticks off, and your uploaded documents (script, knowledge guide, FAQs) shape what the live suggestions say, including your exact wording. Plans differ in how many live hours you get, not in whether your script is used.
What is Amotions AI?
Amotions AI is a real-time private AI sales coach that delivers in-call guidance, AI roleplay, and post-call scorecards—trained on the customer’s playbook. It does not join meetings as a bot.
Two things the coach reads from you
1.
Your playbook. An admin builds it in Organization settings under “Playbooks”: the steps of the call, substeps, and when a step counts as done. On the call, the Playbook panel shows which steps are covered and which are still open, and reminders appear if a step has not come up after a delay you set.
2.
Your documents. Upload your call script, knowledge guide, objection answers and FAQs. Live suggestions draw on them, so the coach answers with your wording and your facts rather than a generic script.
You can use either on its own, but they work best together: the playbook says where you are in the call, and the documents say what to say there.
Can it show my script word for word?
Yes. Live prompts can show the exact wording from your uploaded talk tracks. You can also set rules such as “do not move to booking until these discovery questions are answered”, and the coach avoids asking for information the person already gave.

Your firm writes the wording, and the AI follows your script. Amotions does not review scripts for regulatory compliance.
How to set it up
1.
Write your call as five to eight steps, for example: confirm the enquiry, permission for questions, discovery, bridge to the consultation, book a time, confirm.
2.
In Organization settings → Playbooks, create a playbook with those steps. If you have more than one, choose “Set as default” on the one the live coach should use.
3.
Upload your script and knowledge guide. Short, answer-first documents work better than long manuals.
4.
Sign in to the desktop app or the website with the same account and organization, then start a session on your next call.
Amotions AI calibrates to your language, typically in about one week of calls.
What each plan includes
Basic is free. It includes every Professional feature except custom AI agents: your own playbooks, uploaded documents, live coaching, roleplay and scoring. Usage is limited: 2 hours of real-time AI coaching, 4 AI roleplay sessions, 60 AI Coach messages, 4 transcript uploads, plus unlimited playbook documents or links. Every month, free accounts also get a top-up of 30 minutes of live coaching, 15 AI Coach messages, 1 roleplay session and 1 transcript upload.
Starter is $49/seat/month billed annually ($59 billed monthly), with 11 hours of real-time AI coaching a month, and adds custom AI agents.
Professional is $99/seat/month billed annually ($109 billed monthly), with 23 hours a month.
Advanced is $189/seat/month billed annually ($199 billed monthly), with 44 hours a month, and Power is $349/seat/month billed annually ($369 billed monthly), with 81 hours a month, for people on live calls most of the day.
Paid limits reset every month. Every plan and limit is on the pricing page.
Which plan do I need?
Start on Basic and run your script on real calls. Your playbook and documents work there exactly as on a paid plan.
Then pick by hours. Count the hours you spend on calls you want coached in a month, and choose the plan whose monthly hours cover it. Only time with a session running counts, so stopping the session between calls makes your hours go further.
Choose Starter or above if you want custom AI agents.
My playbook is not showing. What do I check?
Playbooks work on every plan, so the plan is not the cause. Check three things:
1.
You are signed in with the same account and organization the playbook was built in. A second account, or a personal workspace, has no playbook.
2.
The playbook you expect is the default. An admin sets it with “Set as default” under Organization settings → Playbooks.
3.
Quit and reopen the desktop app after a change, then start a new session.

Do I need a paid plan to use my own script?

No. Basic includes your own playbooks and uploaded documents. Paid plans add monthly live-coaching hours, and Starter and above add custom AI agents.

What documents should I upload?
A.
Your call script, your knowledge guide, answers to the objections you hear most, and a short FAQ about your services. Short, answer-first documents work best.

Can I change the script later?
A.
Yes. An admin can edit playbook steps at any time, and you can upload a new version of a document. Reopen the desktop app and start a new session to pick up the change.

Does it work on phone calls?
A.
Yes. Through the Mac or Windows desktop app, click Start when the call begins. The coach needs to hear both sides through the computer’s audio.
