For B2B teams with a value framework
Can an AI sales coach help reps use Command of the Message live?
Yes. Upload your value framework: the problems you solve, their business consequences, the outcomes buyers want, required capabilities, differentiators, and proof points. Amotions AI coaches from it on Zoom, Teams, Meet, or dialer calls, with private suggestions that tie what the buyer just said to your value message, in your team’s wording.

How it works
How does a value framework become live prompts?
Your framework and discovery questions become the source for live suggestions, alongside what the buyer just said. The steps you set under Organization settings → Playbooks, such as current situation, outcomes, and required capabilities, become a checklist that ticks off as the buyer covers each one.
1Upload your value framework
Add the problems you solve, discovery questions for each, the outcomes and metrics buyers care about, your differentiators, and the customer proof reps may use. Amotions calibrates to your language, typically in about one week.
2Set the steps and the scorecard
Under Organization settings, add steps in Playbooks for the parts of the conversation you expect. In Scoring Config, add criteria such as linking capabilities to the buyer’s outcomes and using approved proof.
3Coach live, score, and rehearse
On the call, the overlay shows one suggestion at a time and checks off steps. Afterwards, the call is scored out of 100 against your criteria, and reps rehearse value conversations in AI roleplay.
- AEWhat happens today when a forecast call goes wrong?
- CROWe find out at quarter end. Last time we missed by a lot and the board noticed.
Suggestion
Consequence is clear. Ask what a good quarter-end would look like and how they would measure it.

Example
What does a live value-messaging prompt look like?
Here is an illustrative call. The buyer compares you to a cheaper competitor feature by feature. The overlay suggests going back to the outcome the buyer named and the capability it needs, then the differentiator and approved proof from the framework, in the team’s own wording.
- AE:Does the reporting we walked through cover what your team needs?
- CRO:Mostly. Honestly the other vendor has the same dashboards for less.
Suggestion
Move off features. Restate their outcome, no forecast surprises, and ask how the other tool flags at-risk deals before quarter end.

What the rep said next
“That’s fair to check. You said the goal is no surprises at quarter end. How does their tool flag a deal at risk early enough to act on it?”
Compare
How is this different from post-call tools and roleplay apps?
Post-call tools show whether reps used the value message once the call is over, and roleplay apps rehearse it before. Amotions suggests the next value-led line during the call and adds practice and scoring on the same framework. The other categories are stronger at some jobs.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Short, direct answers on how it works, what it needs from you, privacy, and pricing.
What is Command of the Message?
It is a value-messaging methodology taught by Force Management. Teams agree on a shared framework: the problems they solve and what those problems cost the buyer, the outcomes buyers want, the capabilities needed to get there, how their solution is different, and the proof behind it. Reps use it in discovery and to explain value in the buyer’s terms.
Can AI coach reps on our value framework during a live call?
Yes. Amotions AI suggests the next question or line from your uploaded framework, based on what the buyer just said, and a Playbook checklist shows which parts of the conversation are covered. Only the rep sees it. After the call, it is scored against your own criteria.
Can we score calls on how well reps used the value message?
Yes. In Scoring Config, add criteria such as tying capabilities to the buyer’s outcomes or using approved proof. Each criterion is rated out of its maximum and the call gets a score out of 100. Live calls use the scoring set marked Default.
Does the AI read our framework steps as a script?
No. The steps you set under Playbooks drive the on-call checklist and reminders. Live suggestions are built from your uploaded documents and the conversation, and reps use them in their own words.
Can it work alongside MEDDICC?
Yes. Many teams pair a value framework with a qualification method. Upload both, add MEDDICC fields as steps, and Amotions tracks open fields while suggestions draw on your value message.
Is Amotions affiliated with Force Management?
No. Amotions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Force Management. Command of the Message is a trademark of its owner. Amotions does not provide Force Management training content; it coaches from the framework your team uploads.
How much does an AI sales coach for Command of the Message cost?
Basic is free and includes every Professional feature except custom AI agents, with limited usage, so you can test it on a real call with your own framework. Starter is $49/seat/month billed annually ($59 billed monthly). Every plan is listed on the Amotions pricing page.
