How do you train a new acquisitions rep with AI roleplay?
Load your own seller qualification, process-call and offer-presentation scripts, then have the rep practice one call type at a time against an AI homeowner. Review one scored moment after each session, repeat the same scenario once, and add harder sellers in week two. Owners can review scores to decide what to practice next.
What is Amotions AI?
Amotions AI is a real-time private AI sales coach that delivers in-call guidance, AI roleplay, and post-call scorecards—trained on the customer’s playbook. It does not join meetings as a bot.
Why new acquisitions reps need a practice plan
Many acquisitions teams train new reps by having them listen to calls and then dial real homeowners. The first live seller conversations are where a rep learns, and where leads are most at risk.
AI roleplay gives a new rep many low-risk repetitions before the same moments happen on a live call. The rep plays the acquisitions representative; the AI plays a fictional homeowner.
Before day one: load your own scripts
Practice works best when it follows how your company actually buys. Upload your seller qualification, process-call and offer-presentation scripts in Organization settings, wait for processing, then configure and try a scenario. Uploading a document does not by itself create a scenario or a scoring rubric, so check both before the rep starts.

Week one: qualification and the process call
Day 1–2: seller qualification. The homeowner is unsure whether to sell. Goal: understand their situation, motivation, timeline and who else is involved without turning the call into an interrogation.
Day 3–4: the process call. The homeowner worries about pressure and asks, “If I let you see the house, am I agreeing to sell?” Goal: explain only your verified steps, separate a walkthrough from a commitment, and leave room for the seller to choose.
Day 5: review. Open the scored sessions together and pick one behavior, such as asking what the seller wants resolved before discussing price.
Week two: offers, objections and co-owners
Day 6–7: offer presentation. Practice explaining how your number was reached using only the figures your team has approved.
Day 8–9: price objections. Let the AI seller say the offer is too low, that another investor offered more, or that they need to think. Compare your responses with this guide: https://amotionsinc.com/blogs/real-estate-acquisitions-your-offer-is-too-low
Day 10: co-owner scenario. Add a second owner who has not heard the process, and practice inviting them into a follow-up instead of applying pressure.
How to review a session
Review one moment per session, not the whole call. Ask: Did the rep reflect the seller’s concern before responding? Did they ask a relevant question? Did they agree a next step the seller actually wanted?
Then repeat the same scenario once using the same rubric. If you are an owner reviewing an employee, use the Roleplay scores page and compare similar exercises rather than reading every score change as improvement. Do not assume every session has a playable audio recording.
What AI roleplay will not do
It does not value properties, calculate offers or give legal advice. It also cannot guarantee that practice scores turn into closed deals. Treat scores as a way to choose what to practice next.
Amotions AI is a private AI coach: reps practice with AI seller personas, then review scores against criteria your team defines. See how it works for acquisitions: https://amotionsinc.com/solutions/ai-for-real-estate-acquisitions
Frequently asked questions
Q1.
How long does it take to train an acquisitions rep with AI roleplay?
A.
A two-week plan works for the core call types: qualification, process call, offer presentation and price objections. Keep practicing weekly after that.
Q2.
Can I use my own acquisition scripts?
A.
Yes. Upload them in Organization settings so scenarios and scoring follow your process, then try a scenario before assigning it.
Q3.
Can a business owner review an employee’s roleplay scores?
A.
Yes. Admins and managers can review authorized team scorecards on the Roleplay scores page. Not every session is guaranteed to have playable audio.
Q4.
Does AI roleplay replace live call coaching?
A.
No. It adds repetitions before live calls. Reviewing real calls and coaching in the moment are separate steps.
