Direct answer
How can a remote high-ticket closer increase their close rate?
Most closers improve fastest by fixing a few habits rather than learning new scripts. Prepare from the setter’s notes before every call, stay in discovery until the prospect has named the gap and the cost of staying stuck, make one clear offer, and handle objections with questions instead of rebuttals. Then review your own calls every week and work on one thing at a time.
What is Amotions AI?
Amotions AI is a real-time private AI sales coach that delivers in-call guidance, AI roleplay, and post-call scorecards—trained on the customer’s playbook. It does not join meetings as a bot.
Start with your own numbers
Before changing anything, look at your last 20 to 30 calls. How many showed up, how many were qualified, how many got an offer, and how many bought?
This tells you where calls are being lost. A low offer rate means discovery or qualification needs work. A low close rate after the offer usually means objections or the close itself.
Prepare from the setter’s notes
Spend two or three minutes before each call reading the setter’s notes and any form answers. Write down the one problem they seem most motivated to solve.
Open the call by checking it: “Sarah mentioned you’re trying to replace your income by next summer. Is that still the main thing?” It shows you listened and resets the call if the notes were wrong.
Stay in discovery longer than feels natural
Many remote calls are lost because the closer pitches too early. Before presenting, make sure the prospect has told you where they are, where they want to be, what has stopped them, and what happens if nothing changes.
If you cannot repeat their gap back to them in their own words, you are not ready to present.
Make one clear close
Present the offer in a few sentences tied to what they told you, state the investment once, and then stop talking. Silence after the price is normal.
If they hesitate, ask what is coming up for them. Questions find the real objection; rebuttals usually bury it.
Handle objections with questions
“I need to think about it” usually means money, fit, or timing. Ask which one.
“I can’t afford it” can be a real limit or a doubt. Ask whether it would be a yes if the money were sorted.
“I need to talk to my spouse” is reasonable. Ask what their partner will want to know and offer a short call with both of them.
Review your own calls every week
Pick three calls a week: one you closed, one you lost after the offer, and one you lost before it. Listen for where the energy changed.
Choose one habit to work on for the next week. Changing one thing at a time tells you what actually made a difference.
How Amotions AI approaches this
Amotions AI gives closers a private overlay during Zoom, Google Meet, or phone calls. Load your close structure and objection answers, and cues remind you to stay in discovery, ask the right question at an objection, and slow down when the prospect’s voice shows hesitation.
After each call, you get a score and feedback against your own structure, and you can rehearse objections with AI roleplay between calls. Amotions never speaks to the prospect.
The examples in this post are illustrative. Amotions does not publish or promise close-rate results.
Frequently asked questions
Q1.
What is a good close rate for a high-ticket closer?
A.
It depends on the offer, price, and lead quality. Compare yourself with your own past numbers and with closers on the same offer.
Q2.
Should I use a script?
A.
Use a structure, not a word-for-word script. Prospects can tell when you are reading.
Q3.
How many calls should I review each week?
A.
Three well-chosen calls are enough to find one thing to improve.
Q4.
Can AI tell me what to say on the call?
A.
Amotions gives short private cues based on your own close structure. You decide what to say.
Q5.
Can I use Amotions as an individual closer?
