The decision to make

Would your reps choose to use it again?

Test useful guidance, accurate answers and adoption on the calls your team actually makes.

A pilot with a decision at the end.

Start with a small representative group. Agree on your own thresholds for useful guidance, response time and repeat usage; these are evaluation criteria, not promised outcomes.

  1. 01Prepare

Choose one call type and one objection. Use a sanitized playbook with approved claims and answers. Agree on success criteria before testing.

  2. 02Rehearse

Create a free account and practice the same objection with each evaluator. Check whether guidance follows the playbook.

  3. 03Test live

Use your actual calling setup on a low-stakes call. Log suggestion delay, usefulness and any incorrect claims.

  4. 04Review

Review post-call feedback with a manager. Compare against your baseline rubric and decide what to update.

  5. 05Decide

Expand only when your agreed criteria are met. If CRM access or governance is a blocker, confirm the workflow before buying seats.

Size the test before you buy seats.

Estimate coached calls, not every hour on a rep’s calendar. This assumes the same workload per rep and 52 weeks ÷ 12 months.

10.8 hours / rep / month

54.2 team hours estimated. Allowances stay per seat; hours are not pooled.

Live-hours fit: Starter · 11 hours per seat / month

$59 / seat / month · $295 / team / month

Estimate before taxes. Fit is based on live hours only; confirm features and team setup separately.

Does Amotions AI require HubSpot or Salesforce to try live coaching?

You can evaluate live coaching without connecting a CRM. Salesforce OAuth sync and optional Task writeback are available. Native HubSpot integration has no committed release date in this guide; do not make a rollout depend on it. Start with exported takeaways or manual notes, and confirm required deal-field and logging workflows with Amotions.

How should a team measure live suggestion latency?

Measure from the end of the buyer’s sentence to the suggestion appearing on the rep’s screen, using your normal computer, connection and calling software. Record both the delay and whether the rep could use it before the conversation moved on. Repeat across several calls; a demo or a network speed test is not a response-time guarantee.

Live suggestion setup →

How do we grade suggestions and improve coaching quality?

Review relevance, factual accuracy, timing and alignment with your approved playbook separately. Review post-call scores against your own rubric. Update approved answers and rubrics when you find gaps, then repeat the scenario. Do not assume that a score or rep feedback proves automatic learning from won and lost deals; confirm the specific feedback and CRM workflow before relying on it.

Prepare your playbook →

What evidence should we use for adoption and sales lift?

Read published customer stories, then measure your own pilot. Track reps invited, reps who complete a coached call, weekly active coaching users, useful suggestions and discovery-question coverage. For a 90-day adoption review, use all initially activated reps as the denominator. A before-and-after call score is not proof of causal win-rate lift; compare similar call types and account for rep experience and deal mix.

Read customer evidence →

Are live coaching hours pooled across a team?

Published self-serve allowances are per named seat. Size each rep’s expected coached-call time separately; a team total is a planning estimate, not a shared pool. Roleplay, AI Coach messages and transcript uploads have separate allowances. Confirm team administration, billing and integration requirements before a rollout.

Can Claude or another outside agent read and write Amotions through an API or MCP?

Amotions does not offer a public API or MCP server in this evaluation path. Do not plan on direct read or write access from Claude or another outside agent. Use supported exports and integrations, or discuss your exact workflow with the team before making it a requirement.

Discuss a required workflow →

How should we compare Amotions AI with WINN.AI or another sales assistant?

Run the same approved playbook and buyer scenarios in each tool. Score live coaching usefulness, roleplay preparation, post-call review, CRM work saved, setup effort and cost per rep. Amotions combines live guidance, roleplay and post-call feedback. Confirm each vendor’s current capabilities directly and weight the criteria around the problem your team needs to solve.
