Coach and score in-person sales meetings
Amotions AI helps field teams turn in-person customer conversations into consistent feedback, next steps, and CRM-ready takeaways—so sales leaders can coach outside and face-to-face meetings without relying only on scarce ride-alongs.
Upload or capture approved meeting content, score it against your sales process, generate coaching notes, and export structured takeaways into your CRM workflow. Native Salesforce Task writeback is available when enabled; other CRMs use export-ready takeaways or a design-partner path—not invented connectors.

How in-person sales coaching works
Face-to-face meetings are not Zoom demos. Amotions is built for post-conversation and approved-capture workflows so sellers stay present with the customer.
1. Capture or upload an approved in-person conversation
Upload a recording or approved notes after the meeting, or use supported desktop ambient listening when your policy allows capture during the conversation. Amotions does not claim silent automatic recording of every in-person meeting without team configuration and consent.
2. Score it against the company’s sales process
Score the conversation on a configurable sales meeting scorecard—discovery, needs, objections, stakeholders, next steps, and deal risks—plus MSCEIT-informed emotional intelligence criteria when you use them.
3. Generate coaching and customer-meeting takeaways
Reps and managers get coaching recommendations and structured meeting takeaways: what worked, what was missed, and what to practice or follow up on before the next customer visit.
4. Export or synchronize structured information to the CRM workflow
Export CRM-ready takeaways into your notes workflow, or—when Salesforce writeback is enabled—create a Salesforce Task with summary, health score, sentiment, risks, and recommended next actions. HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Pipedrive do not have native connectors today.
What the sales meeting scorecard can include
Example scorecard fields teams commonly configure. Labels below are illustrative; your org defines criteria and weights during a pilot.
Example fields — configure to your playbook. Not a real customer scorecard.
Discovery quality
Did the rep uncover situation, impact, and urgency before pitching?
Customer needs and priorities
Were stated needs confirmed and ranked, or assumed?
Objection handling
Were price, timing, and competitor pushbacks acknowledged and recovered?
Stakeholder and decision-process signals
Who else decides, what is the process, and what must be true to move forward?
Next-step quality
Is there a concrete next meeting, owner, and agenda—or a vague “I’ll follow up”?
Deal risks
Budget, authority, timing, competitive displacement, or stalled commitment signals.
Coaching recommendation
One clear skill to practice or reinforce before the next in-person meeting.
CRM-ready meeting takeaways
Field leaders need structured follow-up after face-to-face meetings—not only a recording archive. Use export-ready takeaways in your CRM notes workflow, or enable Salesforce Task writeback when that path fits your stack. See CRM integration status for what is native today.
Field sales coaching use cases
Built for leaders evaluating in-person sales coaching across appointment-driven and walk-in motions.
Field sales and outside sales
Score on-site customer meetings and territory visits so managers coach from evidence, not only forecast calls.
Home sales / property walkthroughs
Model-home tours and property walkthroughs where agents should stay present—capture or upload after, then score and coach.
Retail and showroom consultations
Floor and showroom consults: score discovery, product fit, and next-step clarity from approved meeting content.
Healthcare and professional-services consultations
In-clinic and professional consults where scorecards reinforce listening, recommendation quality, and follow-up clarity.
Financial-services or insurance appointments
In-home and office appointments: score needs discovery and objection handling, then produce CRM-ready next steps.
Privacy and consent for in-person capture
This section is operational guidance for sales leaders—not legal advice. Your organization remains responsible for complying with applicable recording, privacy, employment, and industry rules.
- Obtain any required consent before capturing or uploading customer meeting audio or notes.
- Configure capture, retention, and access according to your company policies and applicable laws.
- Tell sellers what is captured, how coaching artifacts are used, and who can view them (reps, managers, admins).
- Do not upload sensitive customer data beyond what your policy allows for coaching and CRM follow-up.
- Review the Amotions AI privacy policy and align enablement, legal, and security before a broad field rollout.

Frequently asked questions
What is in-person sales coaching software?
Amotions AI helps field teams upload or capture approved meeting content, score conversations on a sales meeting scorecard, generate coaching takeaways, and export CRM-ready follow-up—with Salesforce Task writeback when enabled.
Does Amotions automatically record in-person meetings?
No. Teams upload or capture approved meeting content using supported workflows. Automatic silent recording of every in-person meeting is not claimed; configure capture with required consent and company policy.
How do CRM-ready meeting takeaways work?
After scoring, Amotions produces structured takeaways for CRM notes workflows. Native automatic push today is Salesforce Task writeback when enabled—not HubSpot or other CRMs.
Who should join a field-sales pilot or design partner program?
Sales and ops leaders who need configurable scorecards, evaluation criteria, workflow design, and success measures for outside sales, home sales, retail, healthcare, or financial/insurance appointments.
Does Amotions automatically record every in-person meeting?
No. Teams upload or capture approved meeting content using supported workflows (for example desktop ambient listening where appropriate, or post-meeting upload). Automatic silent recording of all in-person meetings is not claimed. Configure capture according to consent and company policy.
Does Amotions integrate with my CRM?
Today, only Salesforce has a native CRM integration in Amotions AI. An org admin connects Salesforce via OAuth in Org Admin Center, manually syncs Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Leads into Amotions, and can optionally enable CRM writeback. HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Pipedrive do not have native connectors—they appear only as onboarding CRM dropdown labels. There is no OAuth, sync, or writeback for those CRMs in product today. If you use another CRM, you can still record, score, and coach in Amotions; automatic CRM push requires Salesforce writeback or a manual workflow.
What data gets pushed into my CRM?
Only Salesforce, and only when an org admin turns on CRM writeback in Admin Center. After post-call analysis, Amotions creates a Salesforce Task—not an Opportunity or Lead field update. The Task Subject is a one-line call summary; the Description includes deal stage, health score (0–100), buyer sentiment, key positives, key risks, and recommended next actions. Amotions links the Task to a matched Contact, Lead, Account, or Opportunity when possible. Full transcripts, rubric scorecard breakdowns, and separate coaching-note fields are not pushed to CRM—they stay in Amotions. Sync from Salesforce into Amotions pulls the four object types above when an admin clicks Sync; sync is manual and full today, not scheduled or incremental.
Who is the field sales coaching pilot for?
Sales leaders, enablement, and ops leaders who manage outside sales, home sales, retail/showroom, healthcare consults, or financial/insurance appointments and need scorecards plus CRM-ready follow-up without inventing unsupported integrations.
