Do you need a CRM integration to use AI call coaching?
Not to start. AI roleplay and scoring work on their own, and live coaching on a computer works from the call audio through the desktop app or Chrome without connecting your CRM. Audio capture is different from a native CRM integration, contact import or automatic note syncing, so confirm your dialer and what data you want synced.
What is Amotions AI?
