For agency CSMs and account managers
Can AI keep our monthly client reporting calls on a checklist, and help when the numbers are down?
Yes. Add your reporting-call checklist as playbook steps, and Amotions AI shows the account manager which topics are still open during the video or phone call. When a client says there were too few qualified leads, a private prompt suggests your approved wording. Afterwards, every call is scored against the same checklist.

How it works
How does Amotions keep a reporting call on track?
Your agenda becomes a playbook, and your answers to hard moments become talk tracks. On the call, a private panel ticks off topics as they come up, reminds the CSM of anything missed, and suggests wording when the client pushes back. Then the call is scored.
1Write the checklist and the hard answers once
Add the topics every reporting call must cover, such as results against target, lead feedback from the client’s sales team, what you changed, and next month’s plan, as playbook steps. Upload your approved wording for moments like a weak month, a budget cut or a cancellation threat.
2Coach the live client call
During the Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or phone call, the overlay marks each topic as covered and shows one short suggestion at a time. Reminders appear only if a topic has not come up. The client never sees it, and it does not join the call as a bot.
3Review every account the same way
After the call, it is scored out of 100 against your criteria, so the CS lead sees which topics each CSM skips and how hard conversations were handled, without joining every call.
- ClientHonestly, the leads last month were not good enough.
- CSMThanks for saying it directly. Let’s look at it together.

What does a live prompt look like on a reporting call?
Here is an illustrative call between an agency CSM and a property developer. The developer says last month brought too few qualified leads. Before the CSM defends the campaign, the overlay suggests finding out where the leads were lost, and notes that follow-up has not been covered yet.
- CSM:So that brings us to 64 enquiries for the second building, slightly up on last month.
- Developer:Sixty-four, fine, but my sales team says almost none of them were serious buyers.
Ask this next
Agree it matters. Ask how many they reached, how quickly, and what “not serious” meant: budget, timing or just browsing.

“That’s the number that matters, so let’s find where it breaks. Of the 64, roughly how many did your team reach, and for the ones who weren’t serious, was it budget, timing or something else?”

How is this different from call recorders and roleplay tools?
Post-call tools show that a CSM skipped a topic or got defensive after the client has hung up. Roleplay apps practise the hard moment beforehand. Amotions helps during the call, then scores it. For searchable recordings across every client account, conversation intelligence platforms are stronger.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Short, direct answers on how it works, what it needs from you, privacy, and pricing.
What should an agency cover on a monthly client reporting call?
Recap the goal you agreed, show results against target, ask the client’s sales team what happened to the leads, explain what you changed and why, cover anything coming up on their side, and agree next month’s plan with owners and dates. Send a short written summary the same day.
What do you say when a client says there were too few qualified leads?
Agree that it matters, then find out where leads are lost before defending the campaign: how many leads the client reached, how fast, and why the reached ones were not a fit. Share what you will change next month and one thing you need from them.
Can AI give account managers a checklist during client calls?
Yes. In Amotions, an admin adds the topics as playbook steps. On the call, a private panel marks each topic as covered when it clearly comes up, and a reminder appears after a delay you set if a topic has not been discussed.
Does it work on phone calls as well as video calls?
Yes. It runs on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, and beside phone calls through the desktop app, where the CSM clicks Start when the call begins. The coach needs to hear both sides, using computer or speaker audio.
Will clients know the CSM is using AI?
Amotions does not join the call as a bot, and the client does not see the overlay. Recording and consent rules depend on where you and your clients are, so check what you must tell clients before you record or transcribe calls.
Can new CSMs practise difficult client conversations first?
Yes. Admins create roleplays where an AI client plays, for example, a developer unhappy with last month’s leads or one who wants to pause the budget. The CSM practises out loud and gets a score and feedback.
How much does it cost?
Basic is free and includes every Professional feature except custom AI agents, with limited usage, so a CSM can test it on a real reporting call. Starter is $49/seat/month billed annually ($59 billed monthly). Every plan is listed on the Amotions pricing page.
