How many hours of live AI coaching do I need a month?

Frequently asked questions
What counts toward live coaching hours?
Time with the live coach running on a call. AI roleplay practice, AI chat, and uploading recordings for scoring each have their own monthly allowance and do not use live coaching hours.
I dial all day. Should I count time waiting for people to answer?
Count any time the live coach is running. If you start it for each conversation, count only talk time. If you leave it running through a dialing session, add that time in “Other minutes the coach runs per day”.
How many hours does a full-time appointment setter need?
It depends on talk time, not dials. A setter with 20 conversations a day averaging 6 minutes, 21 days a month, uses about 42 hours, which fits Advanced (60 hours). A rep live on calls 6 hours a day for 21 days uses about 126 hours, which is more than Power (120 hours), so talk to us about a custom plan.
What happens if I go over my hours?
You get a heads-up at 80% of your hours. On a paid plan, a call that is running when you reach the limit keeps live coaching for 5 more minutes. After that, live coaching pauses until your allowance resets on the first of the month, or you can move up a plan.
Are hours shared across my team?
No. Hours are per seat. Each rep on Starter, Professional, Advanced, or Power gets that plan’s hours every month.
Can I test it before choosing a plan?
Yes. The free Basic plan includes 2 hours of live coaching in total and every Professional feature except custom AI agents. Use a few real calls to check your average conversation length, then come back to this calculator.
