Methodology
How the numbers are produced.
The published figures use the definitions and denominator in the Amotions AI impact stats methodology. This section summarizes it; the methodology post is the source of truth.
- Data source
- Amotions internal analysis of scored real-time AI coaching sessions: calls where Amotions AI provided live coaching and a post-call structure analysis produced eligible outcome labels and/or next-step tags.
- Denominator
- Scoring-eligible sessions only (post-call structure analysis produced a usable call outcome). Incomplete, unscored or non-eligible sessions are excluded. Not every dial, every org call or every session across the customer base.
- SUCCESS
- The scored conversation reached a favorable outcome under the Amotions call-outcome taxonomy for that call type, for example a completed advance consistent with the session’s goal.
- PROGRESSING
- The scored conversation did not fully complete the top outcome, but showed clear forward movement under the same taxonomy.
- Follow-up or next-step signal
- A concrete next action established during the call, such as a scheduled follow-up or an agreed next conversation, detected from real-time call transcripts and coaching event tags.
- Strong meeting-booked signal
- A clear meeting or calendar commitment, not only a soft “send me something.” A stricter bar than the next-step signal.

- Evidence type
- Amotions measurement. Internal, not independently verified or third-party audited. Kept separate from customer-reported case study results.
Finding 1
Most scored coached calls advanced; about one in four showed a next step
How often do coached sales calls succeed, set a next step, or book a meeting?
View data as a table
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| Successful or progressing | 86.4% |
| Follow-up or next-step signal | 24.8% |
| Strong meeting-booked signal | 11.5% |
- What is measured
- Three related but distinct metrics from the same family of scored real-time coaching conversations: the share classified as SUCCESS or PROGRESSING under Amotions call-outcome labels; the share where a follow-up or next-step signal was detected; and the share with a strong meeting-booked or calendar-commitment signal.
- Which calls are counted
- Scored Amotions AI real-time coaching sessions that were scoring-eligible (post-call structure analysis produced a usable call outcome). Not all company-wide calls; incomplete, unscored or non-eligible sessions are outside the denominator.
In plain language: most scored coached calls advanced or succeeded by Amotions outcome labels; about one in four showed a concrete next step; about one in nine showed a strong meeting-booked commitment signal. The meeting-booked signal is a stricter subset of the broader next-step signal.

Limitations
What this report does not claim.
- The figures are not CRM opportunity win rates, closed-won revenue percentages or audited financial outcomes.
- They describe scored Amotions AI sessions only, not all company-wide calls, and exclude incomplete, unscored or non-eligible sessions.
- Outcome labels and signals come from Amotions’ own scoring pipeline and taxonomy. They are not independently verified.
- They are not a guarantee of the same rates for every future customer, team or call mix.
- The sessions are coached calls. This report does not compare coached with uncoached calls, so it does not measure the effect of coaching itself.
- Findings marked pending are not published. Do not cite them until values appear on this page.
