What to load into your AI sales coach first, so the advice fits your calls

Direct answer
What should you upload to an AI sales coach first?
Start with the six things that shape most calls: who you sell to, your offer and pricing, your call structure, your top objections with your best answers, words you never say, and two or three examples of great calls. With those loaded, live prompts, roleplay, and scores reflect how your team sells instead of generic advice.
What is Amotions AI?
Amotions AI is a real-time private AI sales coach that delivers in-call guidance, AI roleplay, and post-call scorecards—trained on the customer’s playbook. It does not join meetings as a bot.
Why the input matters so much
An AI sales coach does not know your buyers, your prices, or what your best rep says when someone pushes back. Without that, it falls back on general sales advice, which reps quickly ignore.
The good news is that you do not need everything on day one. A short, specific playbook beats a long, vague one.
The six things to load first
1.
Who you sell to: job titles, company types, and the problems they usually have.
2.
Your offer and pricing: what you sell, what each option includes, and how you explain the price.
3.
Your call structure: the stages of a good call, such as opener, discovery, presentation, and next step.
4.
Your top objections: the five you hear most, each with the answer your best rep uses.
5.
Words to avoid: claims you cannot make, competitor names you should not mention, and phrases legal has ruled out.
6.
Great call examples: two or three transcripts or notes from calls that went well.
Give context, not just scripts
Advice is better when the coach knows why you say something. Instead of only “say X when they object to price,” add a line on when that answer works and when it does not.
Short notes like “use this for owners, not managers” help the coach pick the right suggestion for the situation.
Check it on a real call
After loading, take a real call or run a roleplay, then read the scorecard. Did prompts appear at the right moments? Did they sound like you?
Fix the gaps you notice. Most teams improve prompts a lot in the first two weeks just by adding missing objections.
How Amotions AI approaches this
In Amotions AI, admins upload documents and links in Organization settings, and each rep can add their own on their profile. Live coaching, AI roleplay, and scorecards all follow what you load.
Every plan supports playbook training, and the free Basic plan has no limit on documents and links, so you can load your whole playbook before you pay.
