AI Sales Coach for Velocify
Help sales professionals get private AI guidance during live Velocify calls.
Yes, for Velocify calls handled on a computer. Amotions AI runs beside Velocify as a private overlay: the desktop app listens to computer audio, or the browser version listens to a shared tab with audio. Velocify keeps managing your leads, loan officers see prompts only on their own screen, and recordings can be uploaded for scoring.
Compatibility (plain English)
Amotions AI does not have a native Velocify integration. It does not read Velocify leads, campaigns, dispositions or lists, does not control dialing, and does not write anything back to Velocify. Live coaching works as an overlay when the call is heard on the loan officer’s Mac or Windows computer: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI listens to a shared browser tab with audio. If your setup rings calls to a desk phone or cell, Amotions cannot hear them live; permitted recordings or transcripts can still be uploaded for scoring.

How AI coaching works on Velocify calls
Amotions adds private conversation guidance beside Velocify on the loan officer’s computer. It does not connect to Velocify, your LOS such as Encompass, or any other mortgage system through an API.
- The loan officer works Velocify leads as usual and takes the call on a Mac or Windows computer.
- They start the Amotions live coach for the call (dialer and phone calls need a manual start).
- Amotions listens to computer audio, or to a shared browser tab with audio, and needs both sides of the call audible.
- Suggestions respond to what the borrower just said, using a running summary of the call as context.
- Prompts and the Steps panel appear only on the loan officer’s screen; the borrower hears and sees nothing.
How Amotions AI works alongside Velocify
Velocify stays your lead system: in most setups it captures web and purchased leads, routes them to loan officers and places or logs the calls. Amotions AI runs on the loan officer’s Mac or Windows computer next to it. The Desktop App listens to computer audio; if the call runs in a browser tab, Web Real-time AI can listen to that tab when it is shared with audio.
The practical question is where the call is heard. If your Velocify account is configured to connect calls to a desk phone or a cell phone, the audio never reaches the computer, so live coaching cannot hear it—and Amotions has no mobile or tablet app. Loan officers who want live prompts should take calls through the computer with a headset. Whatever the route, permitted recordings or transcripts can be uploaded afterward for scoring against your rubric.
Coaching the rate conversation without quoting for you
Most inquiry calls hit the rate question in the first minute. Amotions does not quote rates, read your pricing engine or see the borrower’s file. What it can do is remind the loan officer of the bridge your team uses—acknowledge the question, explain what the rate depends on, and ask the scenario questions that let you give a real answer.
The Steps panel ticks off the playbook steps as they are covered—purpose of the loan, timeline, property, credit range, next appointment—so a loan officer working a full queue can see what is still missing before ending the call.

Step 4
Private coaching
Velocify stays your calling or meeting tool. Amotions AI sits alongside the conversation to understand context and coach the seller privately.
What can sellers get help with?
Mortgage inquiry calls are short and decided early. On a working computer-audio path, Amotions can surface private prompts drawn from your team’s own approved language.
Speed-to-lead openers
A short reminder of how your team opens a fresh inquiry call—who you are, why you’re calling and the first question—so the first 30 seconds don’t stall while the borrower decides whether to stay on.
Rate and “what’s my rate?” pushback
Private prompts for the moment a borrower asks for a number before you know the scenario, using the response your team has approved for quoting and pre-qualification.
“Just shopping” and timing objections
Suggested follow-up questions when a borrower says they’re comparing lenders, waiting for rates to drop, or not ready yet—drawn from your own objection library.
Discovery questions
Next-best questions that uncover pain, decision process, stakeholders, and urgency without derailing the call.
Next-best action
Clear next moves—clarify, confirm, schedule, or close the loop—while the opportunity is still open.
Compliance / process reminders
Nudges to follow required disclosures, qualifying steps, and your organization’s process on live calls.
Empathy / tone
Cues to slow down, acknowledge emotion, and stay calm when the conversation gets tense or rushed.
Objection handling
Private prompts when a buyer pushes back on price, timing, trust, or competition during a Velocify conversation.
Rebuttals
Concise rebuttal suggestions aligned to your approved talk tracks—not a script the customer can hear.
Product questions
Guidance drawn from your product info and playbooks when the buyer asks what you sell, how it works, or how it compares.
Closing
Help advancing to a decision, appointment, application, or mutual next step without aggressive pressure.
Talk-track adherence
Reinforce the approved talk track and stage of the call without turning the seller into a rigid teleprompter.
AI coaching for loan officers working Velocify leads
Mortgage teams often run lead management in Velocify, the loan file in an LOS such as Encompass, and sometimes a separate contact-center platform for phones. Amotions does not join that stack through an API. It sits on the loan officer’s screen during the conversation itself, which is where speed-to-lead calls are won or lost.
Loan officers hear the same handful of objections every day: “What’s your rate?”, “I’m just shopping”, “I’ll wait for rates to come down”, “I already have a lender.” Teams load the responses, discovery questions and required wording their compliance team has approved, and Amotions suggests those—not a generic script. Amotions does not decide what is compliant; your team configures its own approved language and disclosures.

How loan officers pilot Amotions AI alongside Velocify
Amotions has no native Velocify integration and does not change lead distribution, dialing, dispositions or your LOS. Run it on the loan officer’s computer and confirm that both the borrower and the loan officer are audible there before relying on live prompts.
Load the scripts, objection responses, product information and disclosure wording your organization has already approved. Suggestion frequency can be adjusted from 1 to 12 per minute (default 8) so prompts don’t crowd a fast inquiry call.
For calls that ring to a phone, or when live capture is not approved, upload recordings or transcripts your team is permitted to use and score them against your own rubric.
Route calls through the computer
Confirm with your admin that test loan officers hear Velocify calls on their Mac or Windows computer, not a desk phone or cell.
Load your approved mortgage playbook
Add your inquiry-call steps, rate and timing responses, product notes and required disclosure wording.
Start the live coach on each call
Open the Desktop App or Web Real-time AI and start the live coach when the call connects; dialer calls don’t auto-start.
Review and refine
Upload a sample of calls for scoring, compare with what loan officers saw live, and tune prompts and frequency.

Velocify AI coaching FAQ
High-intent questions about an AI assistant for Velocify, live coaching, and what Amotions does—and does not—support natively.
Does Amotions integrate natively with Velocify?
No. Amotions has no native Velocify integration. It does not read Velocify leads, campaigns, dispositions or lists, does not control the dialer, and does not write back to Velocify. It runs as a private overlay on the loan officer’s computer.
Can Amotions coach Velocify calls that ring to my cell or desk phone?
Not live. Amotions listens on the computer, and there is no mobile or tablet app. If your setup sends calls to a phone, take them through the computer with a headset instead, or upload permitted recordings afterward for scoring.
Does it work with Encompass or our other mortgage systems?
Amotions does not connect to your LOS such as Encompass, or to Five9 or other platforms you may use alongside Velocify. Salesforce is the only CRM it syncs to natively (it adds a Task). For everything else it works beside your tools, not inside them.
How does it help when a borrower just wants a rate?
When the borrower asks for a rate, Amotions can suggest the response your team has approved—typically acknowledging the question and asking the scenario questions needed for a real answer. It does not quote rates or access pricing.
What about “I’m just shopping” or “I’ll wait for rates to drop”?
Suggestions respond to what the borrower just said, using a running summary of the call as context, and draw on the objection responses your team loads. Each team decides its own wording.
Does Amotions make our calls compliant with mortgage regulations?
No. Amotions does not make compliance determinations. Teams configure their own approved language and disclosures, and Amotions can remind loan officers of those steps. Your compliance team remains responsible for what is said and for any recording or AI-processing notices.
Does the borrower hear or see the coaching?
No. Guidance appears only on the loan officer’s own screen, nothing is spoken into the call, and the overlay stays hidden during screen share.
Does the coach start automatically when Velocify dials?
No. Auto-listen works for video and audio conferencing tools like Zoom, Teams and Meet. For dialer and phone calls, the loan officer starts the live coach manually.
Can we score past loan officer calls?
Yes. Upload recordings or transcripts your team is permitted to use and Amotions scores them against your own rubric, with no Velocify connection required.
Is there a free way to try it?
Yes. The free Basic plan has limited usage and includes every Professional feature except custom AI agents. Compare plans on the pricing page, download the app, or book a demo to plan a team pilot.
