AI Sales Coach for Readymode

Help sales professionals get private AI guidance during live Readymode calls.

Yes, for Readymode calls handled on a computer. Amotions AI runs beside the Readymode agent screen as a private overlay: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or the browser version listens to a shared tab with audio. Readymode keeps dialing and dispositioning, and each agent sees prompts only on their own screen.

Compatibility (plain English)

Amotions AI does not have a native Readymode integration. It does not read Readymode campaigns, lists, dispositions, scripts, call recordings or call controls, and it does not change pacing or routing. Live coaching runs as an overlay on the agent’s Mac or Windows computer next to the Readymode agent screen: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI listens to a browser tab shared with audio. Both sides of the call must be audible on that computer. Thin-client or virtual desktop setups should be tested before rollout.

How AI coaching works on Readymode calls

Readymode runs the predictive dialing. Amotions adds private conversation guidance on each agent’s screen; it does not connect to Readymode through an API.

  • Agent logs into the Readymode agent screen in a browser on a Mac or Windows computer, with a headset.
  • Agent starts the Amotions live coach at the start of the shift or session (dialer calls need a manual start).
  • Amotions listens through computer audio (Desktop App) or a shared browser tab with audio (Web Real-time AI).
  • As each call connects, suggestions respond to what the prospect just said, using a running summary of that call.
  • Prompts stay on the agent’s screen only and are hidden during screen share.
  • Readymode keeps handling pacing, lists, dispositions and recordings.

How Amotions AI runs next to the Readymode agent screen

Readymode handles dialing, pacing, lists, dispositions and recordings. In most setups agents work from a browser-based agent screen with a headset, which means the call audio is already on the agent’s computer. Amotions runs on that same Mac or Windows computer: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI listens to the browser tab shared with audio.

Amotions does not see Readymode campaigns, lists or dispositions, and it does not change how calls are paced or routed. If your floor uses thin clients, virtual desktops or locked-down workstations, test installation and audio capture with IT first. Mac or Windows computers are required; there is no mobile or tablet app.

Script adherence without a manager on every line

On a predictive floor, the gap between a strong agent and a new one is often whether they remember the next step: the disclosure, the qualifying question, the rebuttal, the transfer line. Amotions keeps that next step on screen, based on the playbook your floor loads, and the Steps panel shows which steps have been covered.

Amotions is a coaching aid, not a compliance system. It reminds agents of the steps you load, but your organization remains responsible for its scripts, disclosures, consent and recording practices.

Step 4

Private coaching

Readymode stays your calling or meeting tool. Amotions AI sits alongside the conversation to understand context and coach the seller privately.

What can sellers get help with?

Predictive dialer agents get a fresh conversation every few minutes. Amotions keeps prompts short and tied to the floor’s approved script.

Holding the first few seconds

Your approved opener and reason for calling, ready the moment a predictive call connects and the prospect asks who is calling.

Required disclosures and verification steps

Load the statements and verification steps your compliance team requires as playbook steps; the Steps panel ticks them off as they are covered so gaps are visible before the call ends.

Qualifying for the campaign

Reminders of the qualifying questions for solar, home services, insurance or debt campaigns, in the order your script uses.

Objections and rebuttals

Your floor’s approved rebuttals for “not interested”, “how did you get my number” and “I need to talk to my spouse”.

Warm transfer or appointment

A prompt to set up the handoff or appointment cleanly, confirming what the prospect agreed to.

Tone under pressure

Cues to slow down and stay polite when a call turns hostile, which matters on cold predictive campaigns.

Objection handling

Private prompts when a buyer pushes back on price, timing, trust, or competition during a Readymode conversation.

Rebuttals

Concise rebuttal suggestions aligned to your approved talk tracks—not a script the customer can hear.

Discovery questions

Next-best questions that uncover pain, decision process, stakeholders, and urgency without derailing the call.

Product questions

Guidance drawn from your product info and playbooks when the buyer asks what you sell, how it works, or how it compares.

Next-best action

Clear next moves—clarify, confirm, schedule, or close the loop—while the opportunity is still open.

Closing

Help advancing to a decision, appointment, application, or mutual next step without aggressive pressure.

Compliance / process reminders

Nudges to follow required disclosures, qualifying steps, and your organization’s process on live calls.

Empathy / tone

Cues to slow down, acknowledge emotion, and stay calm when the conversation gets tense or rushed.

Talk-track adherence

Reinforce the approved talk track and stage of the call without turning the seller into a rigid teleprompter.

For outbound call centers in insurance, solar, home services and debt

Readymode is commonly used by outbound call centers running high-volume predictive campaigns: insurance lead generation, solar and home services appointment setting, and debt-related programs. These floors hire often, ramp agents quickly and depend on agents sticking to an approved script with the right disclosures.

Floor managers and QA teams can only listen to a fraction of calls. Amotions gives every enabled agent private, in-call prompts built from the floor’s own scripts, rebuttals, product info and playbook steps, so newer agents hear the same guidance the best agents use.

Suggestion frequency can be set from 1 to 12 per minute (8 by default). Permitted recordings or transcripts can also be uploaded and scored against the team’s own rubric, extending QA coverage beyond manual sampling.

How to pilot Amotions AI on a Readymode floor

With no native Readymode integration, a pilot happens on agent workstations, not in Readymode admin. Install the Amotions Desktop App on Mac or Windows, or use Web Real-time AI in a Chromium-based browser with the Readymode tab shared with audio.

Pick one campaign and a small group of agents, confirm both sides of the call are captured with your real headsets and workstation image, and review prompt usefulness with team leads before expanding.

1

Choose one campaign

Start with a single campaign that has a clear script, known objections and defined disclosures.

2

Load the floor’s playbook

Add the approved script steps, disclosures, rebuttals and product information agents should be prompted with.

3

Test workstations and headsets

Install the Desktop App or set up Web Real-time AI, then confirm both voices are captured on your real setup.

4

Start the live coach each session

Agents start the live coach manually and set suggestion frequency to suit their experience.

5

Score uploaded calls

Upload permitted recordings or transcripts and score them against your QA rubric to compare coached and uncoached agents.

Readymode AI coaching FAQ

High-intent questions about an AI assistant for Readymode, live coaching, and what Amotions does—and does not—support natively.

Does Amotions integrate natively with Readymode?

No. Amotions has no native Readymode integration and does not read Readymode campaigns, lists, dispositions, scripts or call controls. It runs beside the Readymode agent screen as a private coaching overlay.

Can Amotions coach agents on Readymode predictive calls?

Yes, when the call audio is on the agent’s computer. The Desktop App listens to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI listens to the Readymode browser tab shared with audio. Test with your real workstations first.

Does it change Readymode pacing, routing or dispositions?

No. Readymode keeps running the dialer. Amotions does not touch pacing, routing, lists or dispositions.

Do agents need to start the coach for every call?

Dialer calls need a manual start of the live coach; auto-listen only works for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Run a test session on your floor to see how starting the coach fits your agents’ workflow.

Can it remind agents of required disclosures?

Yes. Load your required disclosures and verification steps as playbook steps and the Steps panel ticks them off as they are covered. It is a reminder, not a compliance guarantee; your organization stays responsible for its scripts and consent practices.

Can we use our own rebuttals for solar, insurance or debt campaigns?

Yes. Teams load their own scripts, objection responses, product info and playbook steps, and prompts reflect them.

Does the prospect hear the coaching?

No. Prompts appear only on the agent’s screen, nothing is spoken into the call, and the overlay stays hidden during screen share.

Will it work on thin clients or virtual desktops?

It may, but VDI and locked-down workstations can change how audio and browser sharing behave. Amotions needs a Mac or Windows computer where both sides of the call are audible, so test with your IT team before rollout.

Can we score Readymode recordings in Amotions?

Yes. Upload recordings or transcripts your organization is permitted to use, and Amotions scores them against your own rubric. No Readymode connection is required.
