PhoneBurner keeps dialing your list. Amotions adds private guidance on the agent’s screen during each conversation; it does not plug into PhoneBurner through an API.

Depending on how your PhoneBurner account is set up, you can usually connect a dial session in one of two ways: through your computer (browser or softphone audio with a headset) or by having PhoneBurner call your own phone and bridge each lead to it. This choice decides whether Amotions can coach you live.

Amotions runs on your Mac or Windows computer and can only hear audio that plays there. If PhoneBurner rings your cell or desk phone, the conversation happens on that handset and Amotions cannot hear it; there is also no Amotions mobile or tablet app. For coached sessions, connect through the computer with a headset so both you and the prospect are audible.

If some calls still happen on your phone, you can upload recordings or transcripts you are permitted to use and get them scored against your own rubric afterwards.

Solo agents and small agencies usually learn from their own call recordings, if they review them at all. By then the lead is gone. Amotions puts your best answers on screen while the prospect is still talking, built from the material you load rather than a generic script.

Guidance is private: the prospect does not hear or see it, and the overlay stays hidden if you share your screen. Amotions does not read your PhoneBurner lists or dispositions, so it only knows what is said on the call and what you have loaded into your playbook.

PhoneBurner stays your calling or meeting tool. Amotions AI sits alongside the conversation to understand context and coach the seller privately.

Amotions acts as that second set of ears. Load your own scripts, objection responses, product info and the steps of your call, and the coach reflects them. The Steps panel ticks steps off as they are covered, so you can see what you skipped before you end the call.

Suggestion frequency is adjustable from 1 to 12 prompts per minute (8 by default), so a veteran agent can keep it quiet and someone new to the phones can turn it up.

There is no native PhoneBurner integration, so everything is set up on your own computer. Install the Amotions Desktop App on Mac or Windows, or use Web Real-time AI in a Chromium-based browser by sharing the PhoneBurner tab with audio.
