AI Sales Coach for Kixie
Help sales professionals get private AI guidance during live Kixie calls.
Yes, for Kixie calls handled on a computer. Amotions AI runs beside Kixie’s Chrome extension or desktop app as a private overlay: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or the browser version listens to a shared tab with audio. Kixie keeps dialing and logging to your CRM, and only the rep sees the prompts.
Compatibility (plain English)
Amotions AI does not have a native Kixie integration. It does not read Kixie campaigns, cadences, dispositions, lists, call logs or call controls, and it does not write anything back to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Salesforce or any other CRM through Kixie. Live coaching works as an overlay on the rep’s Mac or Windows computer: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI listens to a browser tab shared with audio. Both sides of the call must be audible on that computer, so calls taken on a phone instead of the computer are not a live coaching path.

How AI coaching works on Kixie calls
Kixie places the calls and handles your CRM logging. Amotions adds private in-call guidance on the rep’s screen; it does not connect to Kixie or your CRM through an API.
- Rep dials from Kixie on a Mac or Windows computer, usually from the Chrome extension inside the CRM or from Kixie’s desktop app.
- Rep starts the Amotions live coach for the call (dialer calls need a manual start; auto-listen is only for Zoom, Teams and Google Meet).
- Amotions listens through computer audio (Desktop App) or a shared browser tab with audio (Web Real-time AI).
- Suggestions respond to what the prospect just said, using a running summary of the call so far as context.
- Prompts appear only on the rep’s screen and stay hidden during screen share; the prospect never hears them.
- Kixie and your CRM keep doing what they already do: dialing, recording and logging the call.
How Amotions AI works next to Kixie
Kixie stays your dialer. Depending on how your account is set up, reps call from the Chrome extension inside their CRM or from Kixie’s desktop app, and Kixie handles dialing, recording and CRM logging. Amotions runs on the same Mac or Windows computer. The Desktop App listens to computer audio, which covers most headset setups, or Web Real-time AI listens to a browser tab the rep shares with audio.
Amotions does not see your Kixie cadences, dispositions or CRM records, and nothing is written back to the CRM. The coaching lives entirely on the rep’s screen, and the overlay stays hidden if the rep shares their screen.
Take Kixie calls on the computer, not your cell phone
Some teams route Kixie calls to a mobile phone or use a mobile app on the go. Amotions has no mobile or tablet app and can only coach what it can hear on the rep’s computer, so a call that rings through to a cell phone is not a live coaching path.
For coached sessions, have reps make and take calls through the computer with a headset, so both the rep and the prospect are audible to Amotions. Calls that happen on a phone can still be reviewed afterwards by uploading the recording, if your team is permitted to use it.

Step 4
Private coaching
Kixie stays your calling or meeting tool. Amotions AI sits alongside the conversation to understand context and coach the seller privately.
What can sellers get help with?
SMB SDR calls are short and fast. Amotions keeps prompts brief so a rep working a Kixie power-dial session can glance, respond and move on.
Openers that earn the next 30 seconds
Prompts tied to your own opener and reason-for-calling, so the rep has a clear line when the prospect asks “who is this?”
Brush-offs and early objections
“Not interested”, “send me an email” and “we already use something” get your team’s approved response, not a generic rebuttal.
Discovery questions
Next questions that qualify fit, timing and decision makers before the rep asks for a meeting.
Product and pricing questions
Answers drawn from the product info your team loads, so newer SDRs don’t stall when a prospect asks how it works.
Booking the meeting
A nudge to confirm the next step, propose a time and recap what the prospect agreed to before the call ends.
Playbook steps checked off live
The Steps panel ticks off your call structure as each step is covered, so reps can see what they have not done yet.
Objection handling
Private prompts when a buyer pushes back on price, timing, trust, or competition during a Kixie conversation.
Rebuttals
Concise rebuttal suggestions aligned to your approved talk tracks—not a script the customer can hear.
Product questions
Guidance drawn from your product info and playbooks when the buyer asks what you sell, how it works, or how it compares.
Next-best action
Clear next moves—clarify, confirm, schedule, or close the loop—while the opportunity is still open.
Closing
Help advancing to a decision, appointment, application, or mutual next step without aggressive pressure.
Compliance / process reminders
Nudges to follow required disclosures, qualifying steps, and your organization’s process on live calls.
Empathy / tone
Cues to slow down, acknowledge emotion, and stay calm when the conversation gets tense or rushed.
Talk-track adherence
Reinforce the approved talk track and stage of the call without turning the seller into a rigid teleprompter.
Built for SMB SDR and inside sales teams dialing from their CRM
Kixie is popular with small and mid-sized sales teams that live in HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive or Salesforce and want click-to-call and power dialing without a heavy contact-center setup. Those teams usually have one manager covering several SDRs, which means most calls are never heard live by anyone who could help.
Amotions gives each rep a private coach on their own screen, loaded with the team’s own opener, objection responses, product info and playbook steps. Managers set suggestion frequency anywhere from 1 to 12 prompts per minute (8 by default), so a new SDR can get more help and an experienced closer can get less.
After the call, recordings or transcripts the team is permitted to use can be uploaded and scored against the team’s own rubric, which gives a small team QA coverage it would otherwise not have time for.

How to set up Amotions AI with Kixie
There is no native Kixie integration, so setup happens on the rep’s computer, not in Kixie admin. Install the Amotions Desktop App on Mac or Windows, or use Web Real-time AI in a Chromium-based browser if the call audio plays in a browser tab.
Dialer calls need a manual start: the rep starts the live coach before or as the call connects. Test a handful of real calls with your actual headsets and Kixie setup to confirm both sides are captured before rolling it out to the team.
Load your SDR playbook
Add your opener, qualification questions, objection responses, product info and call steps so prompts use your team’s language.
Install on each rep’s computer
Download the Desktop App for Mac or Windows, or open Web Real-time AI in Chrome or another Chromium-based browser.
Keep calls on the computer
Make and take Kixie calls through the computer with a headset rather than forwarding them to a cell phone.
Start the live coach for each session
Start Amotions as the call connects, then set suggestion frequency to suit the rep’s experience level.
Review and refine
Upload permitted recordings for scoring against your rubric and adjust objection responses based on what comes up most.

Kixie AI coaching FAQ
High-intent questions about an AI assistant for Kixie, live coaching, and what Amotions does—and does not—support natively.
Does Amotions integrate natively with Kixie?
No. Amotions has no native Kixie integration and does not read Kixie cadences, dispositions, lists or call controls. It runs beside Kixie on the rep’s computer as a private coaching overlay that listens to computer audio or a shared browser tab.
Does Amotions log calls or notes to HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Salesforce through Kixie?
No. Kixie keeps handling CRM logging the way it does today. Amotions does not write call notes, dispositions or activities back to your CRM.
Can Amotions coach calls I make from the Kixie Chrome extension?
Yes, when the call audio plays on your computer and you can hear both sides through it. Use the Desktop App to listen to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI by sharing the browser tab with audio. Test with your own setup first.
What if Kixie rings my cell phone instead of my computer?
Then live coaching can’t hear the call. Amotions has no mobile or tablet app and only coaches audio on your Mac or Windows computer. Take coached calls through the computer with a headset.
Does the live coach start automatically when Kixie dials?
No. Auto-listen only works for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. For Kixie and other dialer calls, the rep starts the live coach manually.
Can the prospect hear or see the coaching?
No. Prompts appear only on the rep’s screen, nothing is spoken into the call, and the overlay stays hidden during screen share.
Will it use our own SDR scripts and objection responses?
Yes. Teams load their own scripts, objection responses, product info and playbook steps. Suggestions respond to what the prospect just said, and the Steps panel ticks off playbook steps as they are covered.
Can I turn the number of suggestions down during fast power-dial sessions?
Yes. Suggestion frequency is adjustable from 1 to 12 per minute, with 8 as the default.
Can we score Kixie call recordings after the fact?
Yes. Upload recordings or transcripts your team is permitted to use, and Amotions scores them against your own rubric. This does not need any connection to Kixie.
Is there a free way to try it with Kixie?
Yes. The free Basic plan has limited usage and includes every Professional feature except custom AI agents. Download the app at /download, or compare plans at /pricing.
