AI Sales Coach for Convoso
Help sales professionals get private AI guidance during live Convoso calls.
Yes, for Convoso calls handled on a computer. Amotions AI runs beside the Convoso agent screen as a private overlay: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or the browser version listens to a shared tab with audio. Convoso keeps running campaigns and transfers, and licensed agents see prompts only on their own screen.
Compatibility (plain English)
Amotions AI does not have a native Convoso integration. It does not read Convoso campaigns, lists, lead data, dispositions, queues, recordings or call controls, and it does not affect dialing, routing or transfers. Live coaching runs as an overlay on the agent’s Mac or Windows computer next to the Convoso agent screen: the Desktop App listens to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI listens to a browser tab shared with audio. Both sides of the call must be audible on that computer.

How AI coaching works on Convoso calls
Convoso runs the contact center. Amotions adds private conversation guidance for each agent; it is not connected to Convoso through an API and never sees your lead data.
- Agent works from the Convoso agent screen in a browser on a Mac or Windows computer, with a headset.
- Agent starts the Amotions live coach manually (dialer calls are not auto-detected).
- Amotions listens through computer audio (Desktop App) or a shared browser tab with audio (Web Real-time AI).
- Prompts respond to what the beneficiary or prospect just said, using a running summary of the call so far.
- Guidance shows only on the agent’s screen and stays hidden during screen share.
- Convoso keeps handling campaigns, inbound queues, transfers, dispositions and recordings.
How Amotions AI works beside the Convoso agent screen
In most setups, Convoso agents work from a browser-based agent screen with a headset, so the call audio is already on the agent’s computer. Amotions runs on that same Mac or Windows computer. The Desktop App listens to computer audio, or Web Real-time AI listens to the Convoso tab shared with audio; either way, both the agent and the caller must be audible.
Amotions does not connect to Convoso and does not see lead records, campaign settings or dispositions. It only hears the conversation and uses the playbook you have loaded. If your floor uses virtual desktops or locked-down images, test installation and audio capture with IT before a wider rollout. There is no mobile or tablet app.
From sampled QA to coaching on every coached call
Most insurance floors review a small sample of recordings after the fact. By the time QA flags a missed step, the agent has taken many more calls the same way. Amotions puts the next step on screen during the call, and suggestion frequency can be set from 1 to 12 per minute (8 by default) so experienced agents are not distracted.
After the call, recordings or transcripts your organization is permitted to use can be uploaded and scored against your own QA rubric. That gives team leads a consistent view across agents without listening to every call.

What can sellers get help with?
Insurance calls follow a set order: disclosures, eligibility, needs, plan discussion, enrollment or transfer. Amotions keeps the agent on that order using the playbook your compliance and sales leaders approve.
Required disclosures and scope steps
Load the disclosures and scope or permission steps your organization requires; the Steps panel ticks them off as they are covered so an agent can see what is missing before moving on.
Eligibility and needs questions
Reminders of the questions your script uses to confirm eligibility, current coverage, doctors, prescriptions or budget, in your order.
Plan and product questions
Answers drawn from the product and plan information your team loads, so agents don’t improvise on benefits.
Hesitation and objections
Approved responses when a caller says “I’m happy with what I have”, “I don’t want to switch” or “I need to ask my son”.
Clean transfers
For fronter and verifier teams, a prompt to set up the handoff and confirm what the caller agreed to before transferring.
Patience with older callers
Cues to slow down, repeat clearly and check understanding when a caller sounds confused or rushed.
Objection handling
Private prompts when a buyer pushes back on price, timing, trust, or competition during a Convoso conversation.
Rebuttals
Concise rebuttal suggestions aligned to your approved talk tracks—not a script the customer can hear.
Discovery questions
Next-best questions that uncover pain, decision process, stakeholders, and urgency without derailing the call.
Product questions
Guidance drawn from your product info and playbooks when the buyer asks what you sell, how it works, or how it compares.
Next-best action
Clear next moves—clarify, confirm, schedule, or close the loop—while the opportunity is still open.
Closing
Help advancing to a decision, appointment, application, or mutual next step without aggressive pressure.
Compliance / process reminders
Nudges to follow required disclosures, qualifying steps, and your organization’s process on live calls.
Empathy / tone
Cues to slow down, acknowledge emotion, and stay calm when the conversation gets tense or rushed.
Talk-track adherence
Reinforce the approved talk track and stage of the call without turning the seller into a rigid teleprompter.
For Medicare, ACA and insurance lead-gen call centers
Convoso is widely used by insurance-focused contact centers: Medicare and ACA enrollment floors, final expense and life teams, and lead-generation shops running fronter-to-closer transfers. Those floors combine high call volume, frequent hiring and strict rules about what licensed agents must say and in what order.
Amotions gives each agent private prompts built from your own scripts, disclosures, objection responses, plan information and playbook steps. The Steps panel ticks off each step as it is covered, which helps agents see a skipped disclosure or question while the caller is still on the line.
Amotions is a coaching aid, not a compliance system or a substitute for your compliance review. Your organization stays responsible for scripts, consent, call recording rules and any carrier or regulator requirements.

How to pilot Amotions AI with Convoso
With no native Convoso integration, the pilot happens on agent workstations. Install the Amotions Desktop App on Mac or Windows, or use Web Real-time AI in a Chromium-based browser with the Convoso tab shared with audio.
Involve compliance early: agree which scripts and disclosures go into the playbook, confirm your recording and AI processing notices, then test both-sided audio capture with a small group of licensed agents before expanding.
Agree the playbook with compliance
Decide which scripts, disclosures, plan information and objection responses agents will be prompted with.
Load the playbook into Amotions
Add the approved material and call steps so prompts and the Steps panel follow your call order.
Test workstations and headsets
Install the Desktop App or set up Web Real-time AI and confirm both voices are captured on your real setup.
Run a small pilot
Have a few agents start the live coach manually on real calls and collect feedback on prompt usefulness.
Score uploaded calls
Upload permitted recordings or transcripts and score them against your QA rubric to compare results.

Convoso AI coaching FAQ
High-intent questions about an AI assistant for Convoso, live coaching, and what Amotions does—and does not—support natively.
Does Amotions integrate natively with Convoso?
No. Amotions has no native Convoso integration and does not read Convoso campaigns, lead data, queues, dispositions or call controls. It runs beside the Convoso agent screen as a private coaching overlay.
Does Amotions see our Convoso lead data?
No. Amotions is not connected to Convoso and cannot read lead records, lists or campaign settings. It only hears the live conversation on the agent’s computer and uses the playbook you load.
Can Amotions coach Medicare and ACA calls on Convoso?
Yes, when the call audio is on the agent’s computer. Load your approved scripts, disclosures and plan information, and prompts will follow them. Your organization stays responsible for compliance with carrier and regulatory rules.
Can it remind agents to read required disclosures?
Yes. Add required disclosures as playbook steps and the Steps panel ticks them off as they are covered. It is a reminder for the agent, not a compliance guarantee.
Does the caller hear or see the coaching?
No. Prompts appear only on the agent’s screen, nothing is spoken into the call, and the overlay stays hidden during screen share. Follow your own recording and AI disclosure requirements.
Does the live coach start automatically on Convoso calls?
No. Auto-listen only works for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. For Convoso and other dialer calls, the agent starts the live coach manually.
Does Amotions change Convoso transfers or dispositions?
No. Convoso keeps handling dialing, inbound queues, transfers and dispositions. Amotions does not write anything back.
Can it help both fronters and closers?
Yes. Teams load their own scripts, objection responses and playbook steps, so you can include the transfer lines fronters use and the enrollment steps closers follow. Prompts reflect the material you load.
Can we score Convoso recordings for QA?
Yes. Upload recordings or transcripts your organization is permitted to use and Amotions scores them against your own rubric. No Convoso connection is needed.
Does it work on agents’ phones or tablets?
No. Amotions has no mobile or tablet app. Live coaching needs a Mac or Windows computer where both sides of the call are audible.
