The overlay advantage—stated carefully
Overlay coaching is valuable because teams keep the dialer they already run. Buyers still test the claim: if audio cannot be shared from the dialer tab or desktop path, live prompts will not magically appear. We document the path, the fallback, and what is not supported.
What “works with a browser dialer” means
The dialer plays call audio in a Chrome tab you can share with Amotions Real-time AI, or the Desktop App can hear the call on the computer. That is coaching beside the dialer—not a dialer rip-and-replace.
Private overlay works with phone + desktop
The buyer stays on the phone. The agent runs the dialer on a desktop (or browser softphone). Amotions listens via Chrome tab share or the Desktop App on Mac/Windows and shows private rebuttal prompts only to the agent—without joining the call as a third party. Real-time AI on a mobile phone device alone is not available yet.
What it does not mean
It does not mean a certified marketplace app inside every dialer, CRM writeback from every dialer, or “integrates with everything.” CallTools, GoHighLevel, and most named dialers have no native Amotions connector today.

Does Amotions AI integrate with my CRM?
Today, only Salesforce has a native CRM integration in Amotions AI. An org admin connects Salesforce via OAuth in Org Admin Center, manually syncs Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Leads into Amotions, and can optionally enable CRM writeback. HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Pipedrive do not have native connectors—they appear only as onboarding CRM dropdown labels. There is no OAuth, sync, or writeback for those CRMs in product today. If you use another CRM, you can still record, score, and coach in Amotions; automatic CRM push requires Salesforce writeback or a manual workflow.
What data gets pushed into my CRM?
Only Salesforce, and only when an org admin turns on CRM writeback in Admin Center. After post-call analysis, Amotions creates a Salesforce Task—not an Opportunity or Lead field update. The Task Subject is a one-line call summary; the Description includes deal stage, health score (0–100), buyer sentiment, key positives, key risks, and recommended next actions. Amotions links the Task to a matched Contact, Lead, Account, or Opportunity when possible. Full transcripts, rubric scorecard breakdowns, and separate coaching-note fields are not pushed to CRM—they stay in Amotions. Sync from Salesforce into Amotions pulls the four object types above when an admin clicks Sync; sync is manual and full today, not scheduled or incremental.
Does Amotions AI offer CallTools AI coaching?
Yes via documented non-native paths: browser overlay when CallTools audio is shareable, desktop audio on a computer, and upload of CallTools recordings/transcripts for AI scores. There is no native CallTools integration today.
