Does Basic reset monthly? Basic starts with 2 hours of live coaching in total, not a fresh allowance of that size every month. Monthly top-ups add 30 minutes of live coaching, 15 AI Coach messages, 1 roleplay session and 1 transcript upload on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused top-up does not roll over. You see a heads-up once you've used 80% of your real-time AI coaching. If a call is running when you reach the limit, its live coaching keeps going for 5 more minutes so it isn't cut off mid-conversation. After that, live coaching stops (the call itself carries on) and new calls can't start live coaching. Paid plans get their hours back on the 1st of each month (UTC). On Basic, the 2 hours is a lifetime total, and 30 more minutes are added on the 1st of each month (UTC); unused top-up does not roll over. It includes every Professional feature except custom AI agents, with limited usage, so it works as a free trial of the core product. No sales meeting is required to create an account. Most people are up and running in a few minutes: create a free Basic account, install the desktop app or open Chrome, and add your playbook. Uploaded material is usable quickly for new calls. Deeper tailoring from your feedback and testing usually takes about a week of iteration. Add your playbook, objection responses and approved product information. Fathom transcript exports can be uploaded for post-call analysis. Document uploads and call-analysis uploads have different supported formats and limits; use the guides below before exporting. Use the Mac or Windows desktop app for video calls, or Chrome with the appropriate call audio shared. No visible meeting bot joins. Amotions is separate from Fathom; test both together on your actual setup before a client call. Live coaching requires a computer. During screen sharing, share only the intended meeting window and check the participant view in a rehearsal. It is designed for typical internet connections, but speed depends on your connection quality and its latency to Amotions infrastructure. Test it on your own setup, ideally on a low-stakes call first. Infrastructure is primarily in US regions; this guide does not promise an Asia region or a response-time guarantee. Measure whether suggestions arrive in time to use from your normal location, at your normal calling hours. A network speed test alone does not measure coaching response time. Suggestions are grounded in your uploaded wording and rules, and reps rate suggestions in the product so Amotions can improve them, but no AI is perfect. Verify prices, numbers and promises against your own material. Amotions does not publish a specific wrong or off-topic suggestion percentage today. During evaluation, check relevance, timing and factual accuracy separately; a useful suggestion must pass all three. Before using it, follow your organization’s disclosure policy and obtain any consent required where participants are located. A starting disclosure is: “I’m using an AI coaching tool on this call.” A disclosure alone is not a guarantee of valid consent; confirm your requirements before a live client call.
