# How do I set up AI roleplay and scoring criteria?

> An admin builds your scoring criteria in Scoring Config, then creates roleplays in Roleplay Config: who the rep is, who the AI buyer is, and the objections to practice. Each roleplay picks a scoring set, so practice is scored like a real call, and reps see results in Roleplay Scores.

## Scoring criteria

### How do I set up custom scoring criteria in Amotions AI?

An admin opens Scoring Config in Organization settings, creates a group of categories and criteria, and gives each criterion a maximum score, 5 by default. There is no separate weight field: a criterion with a higher maximum counts more toward the score out of 100.

### How do I create a custom AI roleplay in Amotions AI?

An admin opens Organization settings, goes to Roleplay Config and clicks Add roleplay. Give it a title, the rep’s role and the role the AI buyer plays, then add scenarios, each with a description and an optional objection and challenges to practice.

### Can AI roleplay be scored the same way as my real calls?

Yes. Each roleplay scenario picks a scoring set from your scoring criteria, so practice can be scored like a real call. Live calls and uploaded calls are scored with the set marked Default.
