### How do I make Amotions AI follow my sales call structure?

An admin sets the structure in Organization settings under “Playbooks”: playbooks, steps, substeps and a step completion rule. On the call, the Playbook panel marks a step complete when there is clear evidence and moves to the next pending step.

### Can Amotions AI remind me if I forget a step?

Yes. Admins add Reminders with a check delay in seconds, the playbook item to watch for, and a coach message. The reminder appears after the delay only if that item has not come up in the call.
