No. Live coaching runs on a computer: the desktop app, Chrome or another Chromium-based browser, or the Zoom app. Phone and dialer calls work through the computer’s speaker or audio.

### Does Amotions AI join my Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call as a bot?

No. Amotions AI shows coaching in a private desktop or web overlay on the seller’s own screen. It does not join Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet as a bot or participant, and other attendees do not see it.

### Does Amotions AI work on phone calls and dialers like Five9 or VICIdial?

Yes, as an overlay beside your phone system. Teams use speaker or computer audio with the desktop app or a browser tab-share so the coach hears both sides. It is not a native Five9 or VICIdial integration and does not change dialer infrastructure.
